Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals for year‑round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a TurboTax location. You will provide tax expertise, complete preparation, and client advisory services in-person and remotely, collaborating with specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

This is a hands-on, community‑minded role with growth opportunities. You will grow the local client base, participate in events, and leverage marketing tools to build relationships while delivering accurate tax

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday.
• Willing to complete all required training and use Intuit uniforms and advertising materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and offer tax planning.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Coordinate with broader Intuit team for end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience in person and via tools.
