Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to address personal and business tax needs, and to expand TurboTax services within the local community.

You’ll be the bridge between clients and Intuit’s ecosystem, offering advice, planning, and ongoing support to ensure comprehensive financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and turn one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
