Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC is seeking a Tax-Exempt Fixed Income Trader to support the Managing Director, Portfolio Manager of Fixed Income in managing investment-grade municipal bond portfolios for high-net-worth clients, with a focus on short to intermediate duration strategies. This individual will help with trading, credit research, portfolio monitoring, and client reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; progress toward CFA designation preferred.
• 3–6 years of tax-exempt fixed income experience is expected.
• Experience supporting management of investment-grade municipal bond portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Support MD/Portfolio Manager in tax-exempt, investment-grade portfolios across short to intermediate durations.
• Screen new issue and secondary market offerings; help identify relative value opportunities.
• Place and allocate trades; coordinate with operations for accurate settlement.
