Lead a high-performing tax team, mentor staff, and educate on technical tax matters and BD activities. The position emphasizes collaboration across the firm, proactive client service, and staying ahead of evolving tax laws.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proven client relationship and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients in professional services on complex tax planning and compliance for partnerships, corporations, and individuals.
• Resolve sophisticated tax issues with compliant strategies to reduce liabilities.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive service and communication.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and leading market-facing initiatives.
• Educate staff on technical tax matters, client engagement, and business development skills.
• Oversee complex tax compliance engagements ensuring accuracy of filings, memos, and research.
