Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review pre-cycle requirements and communicate deadlines to support teams.
• Contact taxing authorities to request delinquent information and ensure data is ready for reporting.
• Comply with department policies for check requests and mailout processing.
• Document regular follow-up attempts with dates and summaries.
• Guide procurement teams assisting with delinquent procurement efforts.
• Provide direction to complete assigned work orders.
• Track receipt and processing of tax information for timely reporting.
• Execute reporting of taxing authorities for annual delinquent cycles.
• Maintain Agency profiles and reporting calendars with accuracy.
