Job summary

Plymouth Housing is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to ensure capital funder requirements are met for affordable housing units. You will manage income certifications, tenant files, and audit readiness.

You will work with Property Management, Social Services, and Finance to implement policies and support staff with regulatory compliance, contributing to safe, stable housing for residents and ensuring accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across departments and with funders.
• Proven attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with MS Office and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage income certification for residential units to meet funder requirements.
• Maintain tenant files and support pre-audit and annual reporting.
• Develop policies to address audit findings and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate live-in staff move-in with HR and payroll.
• Prepare training materials and onboarding for staff on income calculations.
