Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex tax issues affecting operations and initiatives.
• Develop analyses supporting planning, reporting, and compliance.
• Partner with Finance to structure initiatives tax-efficiently.
• Identify tax risk exposures and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with outside advisors and manage engagements.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to knowledge sharing.
