The State of Wyoming seeks a knowledgeable educator and analyst to instruct, educate and assist vendors, taxpayers, and government entities on Wyoming Statutes and Department of Revenue rules to promote compliance.

Open until filled, this role involves researching tax topics, developing educational materials, and presenting to diverse audiences. The position offers comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling, with a focus on meaningful public service in Wyoming.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 0-2 years of progressive work experience (Tax Examination) with knowledge at examiner level.
• 3-5 years of progressive work experience (Tax Examination) with knowledge at examiner level.

Mansioni

• Receives inquiries from the public and other agencies on Wyoming tax statutes and rules, providing written responses.
• Researches and identifies applicable laws, rules, and case law across diverse topics relevant to tax questions.
• Develops educational materials and curricula for presentations to industry, agencies, and the public.
