Qualifications

• GPA 3.0+ and coursework in information systems or analytics preferred
• Strong tax research skills and ability to learn new technologies

Responsibilities

• Assist multi-state companies with state and local tax issues including compliance, consulting and planning
• Assist with business tax planning transactions and M&A involving entity changes
• Research and draft state and local tax memoranda
• Supervise team members and coordinate resources
• Analyze tax workpapers, estimates and extensions; monitor developments
