RSM is seeking Tax Associates for our Partner Returns Group to build strong relationships with U.S. partners while handling compliance for federal, state, and local returns.

You will work face-to-face with partners and team members throughout the process in a collaborative environment. The role requires 0–2 years in public accounting focused on High Net-Worth Taxation, a degree in Accounting (Master’s in Taxation a plus), and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Competenze

• 0–2 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in High Net-Worth Taxation.
• Degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation is a plus.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information and prioritize tasks.

Mansioni

• Prepare medium/complex federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Work on returns with multiple state filings and various credits.
• Reconcile amounts in partner documentation and resolve inconsistencies.
• Apply tax knowledge to bring work to completion for review.
