RSM US LLP seeks Tax Associates to join the Partner Returns Group and work closely with U.S. partners through the entire compliance process. You will build trusted relationships while delivering accurate federal, state, and local tax returns.

The role emphasizes high-net-worth taxation, multi-state filings, and staying current on tax policy. Our hybrid work model blends office collaboration with flexible arrangements to support clients and teams.

Competenze

• 0-2 years' experience in public accounting with an emphasis in High Net-Worth Taxation.
• Degree in Accounting or related field (Master's in Taxation a plus).
• Ability to deal with highly confidential information.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

Mansioni

• Preparing medium/complex federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Working with the high-net-worth firm’s U.S. partners.
• Reconciling amounts and identifying inconsistencies in partner documentation.
• Staying current on tax legislation relevant to partners.
