RSM US LLP is seeking Tax Associates in our Partner Returns Group. You will work face-to-face with U.S. partners through the complete compliance process, developing strong working relationships and delivering accurate tax returns.

Qualifications include 0–2 years in public accounting with High Net-Worth taxation, a relevant accounting degree, and strong communication skills. The role supports a hybrid work model with emphasis on collaboration and client service.

Competenze

• 0-2 years' experience in public accounting with an emphasis in High Net-Worth Taxation.
• Ability to deal with highly confidential information.
• Strong prioritization of tasks based on importance and urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat.

Mansioni

• Prepare medium/complex federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Work on returns with multiple state filings and various credits.
• Reconciling amounts in documentation provided by partners and identify inconsistencies.
• Stay current on tax legislation relevant to partners.
• Collaborate with partners and team members through the compliance process.
