RSM US LLP is seeking Tax Associates to join our Partner Returns Group in the United States. You will develop strong relationships with U.S. partners and collaborate with the team throughout the tax return process.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and staying up-to-date with tax laws that impact partners. The ideal candidate has 0-2 years in public accounting with high-net-worth taxation focus, a degree in Accounting, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation a plus.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare medium/complex federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Work with U.S. partners and tax team throughout the compliance process.
• Reconcile documentation from partners and identify inconsistencies.
• Stay current on tax legislation affecting partners.
