Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and basic research
• Ensure client compliance with laws and Firm policies
• Prepare filings using tax software and gather necessary data
• Assist with income tax provisions prep/review
• Draft clear memorandums and correspondence
• Collaborate with seniors to close items and ensure quality
