Job summary

Deloitte Tax is seeking an AI & Technology Communications Manager to design and execute strategic communications for external and internal audiences. You will partner with senior leaders, Tax Office of the CEO, and Marketing to align market messaging and campaigns.

Lead cross-functional teams, leverage AI insights to inform messaging, measure effectiveness, and advise on best practices in a fast-changing marketing landscape. This role requires executive presence and strong story-telling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or journalism.
• 8+ years relevant experience in corporate communications and/or public relations
• Avid consumer of news and on the pulse of trends in PR, AI, technology, and marketplace trends
• Experience on a virtual team within a matrixed organization, preferably for a global firm
• Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies and deliverables for external and internal audiences.
• Serve as a communications advisor to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with marketers and subject matter experts to define messaging and assets for campaigns.
• Create compelling internal communications to support business priorities.
• Lead asset development with designers to enhance client interactions and marketing messages.
• Analyze metrics to optimize channels and messages.
• Advise senior leaders on trends and best practices in communications and marketing.
• Ensure cross-team alignment on messaging and measurement.
