Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Journalism, Communications, or similar environments.
• Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively with senior executives.
• Ability to translate complex topics for varied audiences.
• 3+ years including MS 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Journalism, Business or related field.
• Travel: 0-10% based on work and clients served.
• No sponsorship: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Shape executive technology communications with messaging, presentations, and leadership updates.
• Translate complex topics into compelling content for executive and end-user audiences.
• Drive communications planning through editorial calendars, governance, and dashboards.
