Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI & Technology Communications Manager for the Tax division. You will develop and execute communications strategies that connect business objectives with growth, serving as the primary contact for leadership and project stakeholders.

You will collaborate with the Tax Office of the CEO and Tax Marketing to align market messaging. The role requires strategic thinking, executive presence, and strong written/verbal communication to craft internal and external campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or journalism.
• 8+ years relevant experience in corporate communications and/or public relations.
• Awareness of AI, technology trends in PR and marketing.
• Experience on virtual teams within matrixed organizations (global firms preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies aligned to Deloitte Tax AI & technology priorities.
• Serve as communications advisor to internal stakeholders, supporting leadership and project priorities.
• Collaborate with marketers, subject matter experts, and leadership to shape messaging and assets.
• Create and edit campaign assets (articles, talking points, emails, presentations) for internal/external audiences.
• Analyze metrics to improve channels and resonant messaging; advise leaders on trends.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure messaging consistency and campaign goals.
