Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience preparing complex individual and business returns, including tax planning, audit support, and tax notice resolution.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations (individual and business).
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and tax implications; provide personalized recommendations.
• Build and maintain year-round client relationships with empathetic, consultative service and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance to clients as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, client-focused office environment.
