Qualifications

• Must complete H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• 5+ years in tax preparation or related fields
• Experience with complex tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Experience in client-facing, consultative roles
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly
• Meet IRS/state requirements and continuing education
• High school diploma or equivalent
