Qualifications

• Requires completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Experience with complex individual and business returns, including tax planning and audit support
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong communication skills, able to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED is required
