Job summary

Cerity Partners in Bardstown, KY is seeking a Tax Administrator Intern to join our tax team. This paid internship runs January to mid-April, 25-30 hours per week, and provides hands-on, career-related experience in a financial services environment.

You will support document handling, organize client data, assemble tax returns, and learn from senior staff with exposure to decision-makers. A strong GPA and coursework in Finance or Accounting are required.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an undergraduate program with a minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related business degree.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Applications.
• Actively participating in campus organizations and/or professional work experience.
• Identify with Cerity Partners’ mission and core values.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building, organizing, scanning, and preparing client source files for tax preparation.
• Utilize GoFileRoom, Engagement Manager, and Adobe Acrobat to organize and generate electronic client data.
• Assist Tax Administrators in assembly of client tax return deliverables.
• Other duties as requested by Tax Advisor and Tax Administrators.
