Cerity Partners is seeking a Tax Administrator Intern to join our tax team in Louisville, KY. This paid internship runs 25-30 hours per week from January to Mid-April, offering hands-on client file preparation and exposure to tax software and processes.

Ideal candidates are undergraduate students with a 3.2 GPA, majoring in Finance or Accounting, proficient in Office and Adobe, and eager to collaborate in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an undergraduate program with a minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related business degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Applications.
• Actively participating in campus organizations or professional work experience.
• Identify with Cerity Partners’ mission and demonstrate core values.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Keen, consistent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building, organizing, scanning, and preparing client source files for tax preparation.
• Utilize GoFileRoom, Engagement Manager, and Adobe Acrobat to organize and generate electronic client data.
• Assist Tax Administrators in assembling client tax return deliverables.
• Other duties as requested by Tax Advisor and Tax Administrators.
