Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service in line with the guest service culture.
• Take and fill food and drink orders; handle payments using POS systems.
• Know the menu, ingredients, and service sequence; check IDs for alcohol.
• Assist other servers and support staff for a smooth guest experience.
• Keep tavern clean; restock and organize service areas and counters.
• Ensure dining area is clean and properly set with condiments and utensils.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines per policy and health regulations.
• Maintain friendly hospitality with a positive attitude toward guests and staff.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls as applicable.
• Deliver outstanding guest service in a timely manner; meet service standards.

You contribute to the smooth operation of the tavern by maintaining cleanliness, assisting team members, and providing outstanding customer service that aligns with company standards.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
• Accurately take and fill food and drink orders using POS systems, and handle payment transactions
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and sequence of service; ensure proper identification is checked when serving alcohol
• Assist fellow servers and support staff to ensure a consistent and efficient guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness of the tavern, including restocking, wiping counters, and organizing service areas
• Ensure dining area is clean and properly set with condiments and utensils at all times
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with company policy and health department regulations
• Display friendly and professional hospitality, maintaining a positive attitude with guests and team members
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
