Golden Route Operations, LLC seeks a restaurant/bar supervisor to help run the tavern in Wells, NV. You will oversee daily service, staffing, and operations to meet guest expectations. You will supervise staff, enforce procedures, manage payroll and scheduling, and handle cash control.

Knowledge of liquor laws and customer service is essential. This role requires 2–5 years in restaurant/gaming supervision, strong communication, and the ability to be on call 24/7.

Qualifications

• Two to five years restaurant/gaming and supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Forecasting, accounting and managerial in the food and beverage department.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Available to be on call 24/7.
• Ability to communicate in occupational English, both written and verbal.
• Verify right to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Oversee tavern operations in the absence of the General Manager/Tavern Manager.
• Supervise staff to ensure the tavern is clean and tables properly set, guests receive timely service.
• Observe and evaluate team members and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
• Inspect tavern appearance, orderliness, cleanliness, and proper stock levels.
• Perform payroll, scheduling, PTO, and other administrative duties.
• Manage incidents and inform Regional Operations Manager of unusual events.
• Assign stations and side work; assist in administering disciplinary action.
• Prepare and serve drinks to proper specifications and ensure staff are trained.
• Maintain cash control procedures and ensure correct handling of cash/credit cards.
• Ensure liquor laws and age verification are followed.
