Job summary

Golden Gaming, LLC is seeking a Bartender responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, while delivering timely, courteous guest service.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll maintain bar cleanliness, stock garnishes and glassware, manage liquor records and cash handling, and comply with all gaming laws and internal controls. English communication is required, and you must be at least 21.

Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending in a high-volume bar
• Knowledge of common drink recipes and proper pour measurements

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service aligned with the company's guest service culture
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bar tops, floors, and line equipment
• Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies
• Receive, issue, and keep accurate records of liquor and other supplies
• Follow proper cash handling, comp, and POS (Info Genesis) procedures
• Maintain sound and music levels as directed by management
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including bar tops, floors, and line equipment
• Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies
• Receive, issue, and keep accurate records of liquor and other supplies
• Follow proper cash handling, comp, and POS (Info Genesis) procedures
• Maintain sound and music levels as directed by management

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Regularly push/pull up to 50lbs.
• Regularly lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
