Summary

As the Bartender, you are responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Your focus on cleanliness, efficiency, and exceptional guest service contributes to a high‑quality guest experience and the smooth operation of the beverage department.

Job Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages following established recipes and procedures, while also providing food and beverage service in accordance with venue standards when working in restaurant or lounge environments that offer food items
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including bar tops, and line equipment
• Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies
• Follow proper cash handling, comp, and POS (Info Genesis) procedures
• Maintain sound and music levels as directed by management
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience in a high‑volume bar
• Basic knowledge of common drink recipes and proper pour measurements
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety‑conscious work environment

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Regularly push/pull up to 50lbs.
