Job summary

Join E. & J. Gallo Winery’s Rombauer Vineyards team as a Wine Educator to create welcoming guest experiences that reflect gracious hospitality and brand spirit.

You will be a key customer service representative, sharing wine knowledge, winery history, and the stories behind our products. You will guide educational tastings, provide glass and bottle service, support tours, and help guests discover wine and non-wine products in the tasting room.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus relevant hospitality/wine experience.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk frequently.

Responsibilities

• Lead educational tastings and share wine knowledge and winery stories.
• Provide glass and bottle service, support tours and wine club signups.
• Handle reservations, POS transactions, and day-to-day visitor center operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized guest-ready environment and assist with events.
