Job summary

New Holland Brewing Company in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Part-time Tasting Room Associate to welcome guests, provide beverage education, and assist with cocktail and tasting service in our on-site tasting room. You will help stock, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and hospitality skills; multitask while guest-focused.
• Basic bartending or tasting room experience preferred.
• Comfort engaging with guests to describe products and offer recommendations.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
• Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an inviting experience for every guest through authentic engagement and prompt service
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe and quality standards
• Maintain understanding of New Holland spirits, cocktails, beer, and merchandise; share product knowledge confidently
• Stock and organize beverage products, glassware, tools, and merchandise; maintain tasting room readiness
• Follow all sanitation, cleaning, and beverage safety protocols; maintain clean spaces throughout the shift
• Adhere to alcohol service laws and verify identification when required
• Assist in capturing guest feedback and communicate insights to leadership
