Qualifications

• Previous high-volume bartending experience.
• Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays availability required.
• Basic math skills to handle money and operate a cash register.
• Cicerone, Barsmarts and ServeSafe certified, or ability to complete certification within 90 days.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and act in a manner consistent with our Mission, Vision & Values.
• Provide a welcoming environment for all guests with authentic engagement and prompt service.
• Prepare & serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.
• Set the bar up for success with fresh juice, ice, garnishes and prep.
• Learn the names of regular guests, including Fairbanks Society members and NH investors.
• Keep the bar fully stocked with products, glassware, and garnishes.
• Maintain attractive bottles and glasses to support efficient drink prep.
• Maintain high sanitization and cleanliness in bar areas.
• Describe all New Holland products and menu items using internal resources.
• Follow all alcohol service laws and best practices.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Join the team at the original New Holland Brewpub in downtown Holland! Work with a great team, make GREAT MONEY, enjoy great perks ( $2 beers anyone???) We are looking for previous high volume bartending.Friday - Saturday - Sunday availability a must.

Job summary

Provide friendly and responsive service to create exceptional experiences by utilizing New Holland best practices, ultimately resulting in savored moment for our guests.

What you would do

• Lead and act in a manner that is consistent with our Mission, Vision & Values.
• Provide a welcoming and inviting environment for all guests by employing authentic engagement and prompt service.
• Prepare & serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the company’s standard drink recipes.
• Set the bar up for success by preparing fresh juice, crushing ice for cocktails, and cutting fresh fruit for garnish and juicing.
• Learn the names and personally recognize our regular guests, including Fairbanks Society members and NH investors.
• Ensure that the bar area is fully stocked with bar products (beer, spirits, wine, etc…), clean glassware, garnishes, infusions, to-go beverage containers, and any other frequently used items.
• Maintain bottles & glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation & promotion of beverages.
• Maintain a high standard of sanitization and cleanliness in any areas serviced by the bar.
• Be able to accurately describe all New Holland products and menu items by utilizing all internal educational resources.
• Follow all application laws and best practices of alcohol service.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
