Eco Terreno is seeking a Tasting Room Ambassador to support the tasting room manager in delivering exceptional service and engaging guests.

The role is part-time, requiring availability on Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional Friday/Thursday event coverage. On-site in San Francisco, CA, you will help with tasting events, private functions, and daily guest experiences, ensuring warmth and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients through tasting room, private, and special event functions.
• Assist in all tasks for private events, possibly outside normal hours.
• Open and close tasks with attention to detail.
• Support smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas inside and outside.
• Remember tasting notes and winery history to personalize service.
• Help with event coverage as needed.

Job Overview

As the Tasting Room Ambassador you will be responsible for supporting and collaborating with the tasting room manager to achieve the highest level of service, creative educational programs, and guest satisfaction to all our clients and customers. You will engage professionally with clients through tasting room, private, and special event functions scheduled at the Urban Tasting Room or at designated locations.

This is a part-time position. The ideal candidate will be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional availability on Thursdays and Fridays to provide event coverage or fill in for other staff members as needed.

• Strong Knowledge of Eco Terreno Wines that promotes our product and increases opportunities for sales and membership signups
• Personalized service skills that build loyal guest relationships, instill team comradery, and exhibit vendor appreciation
• Ability to memorize tasting notes and history to provide a personalized hospitality experience
• Able to assist in all tasks associated with private events, possibly outside normal hours and days.

Employment Details

The pay range for this role is

• Level 1: $20 - $24
• Level 2: $25 - $31
• Level 3: $32 - $36
