Halter is pioneering cattle-farming technology to help farmers run productive, sustainable operations. We’re seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the Tasman market and represent Halter on the ground in the region.

You will execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships with dairy farmers, meet ambitious targets, and collaborate with Product and Support teams to ensure our technology meets farmers’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies within the designated territory.
• Build strong customer relationships with dairy farmers.
• Meet ambitious growth targets and act as the on-the-ground representative.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and regional sales teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Lead the Tasman market expansion for Halter, working with the Auckland HQ staff.
