Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in Arlington, VA seeks a Program Manager to drive AWS Secret Cloud for Industry (ASCI) launches and customer onboardings end to end, coordinating across service, engineering, security, and field teams to keep delivery on schedule.

You will build tracking mechanisms, surface risks early, and report status to senior leadership while ensuring compliance and connectivity milestones; applicants must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or equivalent.

Formación

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.

Responsabilidades

• Own programs end to end. Run ASCI's launch and onboarding programs from planning through delivery, holding the schedule, scope, and cross-team commitments.
• Drive technical and compliance milestones. Shepherd each launch and customer onboarding through the readiness, accreditation, and connectivity steps it depends on, keeping them sequenced and unblocked.
• Coordinate across many teams. Align AWS service, engineering, security, and field teams, and work directly with customers and government stakeholders to keep delivery moving.
• Manage risks and dependencies. Identify risks, dependencies, and critical-path blockers early, and drive them to resolution before they slip the plan.
• Build the mechanisms. Create and maintain the trackers, milestone plans, and operating cadence that give the program and its stakeholders a clear, current view of status.
• Report status and drive decisions. Produce concise status, escalations, and program narratives for senior leadership, and run the reviews that keep stakeholders aligned.
