Job summary

Artemis Arc is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a VA Testosterone Screening and Treatment Expansion Program. You will serve as the Task Order Manager responsible for planning, execution, and closeout of a complex federal health contract.

The role requires leadership in coordinating with VA CORs, clinical subject matter experts, and senior leadership, ensuring milestones and deliverables meet quality standards on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare program management experience.
• Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years supporting a large corporation or government agency, with preference for federal healthcare experience.
• Ability to obtain VA network access and comply with VA security, privacy, and credentialing requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Active PMP or equivalent certification required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Task Order Manager for a large federal health contract.
• Develop and maintain program management artifacts including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate with VA CORs, clinical SMEs, and internal leads to align activities with VA health outcomes.
• Prepare and present program performance briefings and executive summaries to VA stakeholders.
