Leidos is seeking a Task Order Manager to lead the full lifecycle of government task orders in a DoD-focused program, reporting to the Program Manager. The role emphasizes F16 repair and return oversight, subcontractor leadership, and risk mitigation to keep programs on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree with 2+ years’ government program experience, DoD Secret clearance eligibility, and strong planning and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience managing government programs.
• U.S. citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience coordinating planning and implementation of support activities.
• Knowledge of LCSP and MFP development and execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day management of multiple task orders, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee F16 repair and return activities to optimize performance.
• Direct and evaluate multiple subcontractors performing component repairs.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to repair, obsolescence, and supply chain.
• Develop logistics program activities including ILS, RAM, provisioning, and standardization.
• Support LCSPs, MFPs, and other lifecycle logistics documentation.
