Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Task Order Manager Lead to oversee day-to-day technical and administrative operations for the F-16 AIS PSI team at Hill AFB, UT. You will coordinate multiple task orders, lead technical teams, and liaise with government stakeholders to ensure mission success.

Required 12+ years in government programs, active DoD Secret clearance, and hands-on knowledge of F-16 ATE and AIS variants. Strong communication and leadership are essential for this role at Leidos Defense Sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years managing government programs.
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance.
• Proven technical knowledge of F16 Automatic Test Equipment and related Support Equipment.
• Experience with F16 AIS variants (AIS, IAIS, VXIIAIS, RIAIS, ATE, SERD hardware) and related SE.
• Proven program management experience coordinating government personnel, feasibility studies, cost evaluation, standards compliance, and logistics support for military systems.
• Familiarity with LCSP and MFP development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical task order teams.
• Coordinate priorities and assignments with government stakeholders and Leidos leadership.
• Provide leadership and guidance to analysts and technicians.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to AIS sustainment, upgrades, and obsolescence.
• Prepare and deliver clear written and verbal communications, including authoring requirements documents and advising the customer on technical issues.
