Job summary

Leidos Defense Sector seeks a Task Order Manager Lead to coordinate multiple task orders for F-16 AIS programs at Hill AFB, UT. You will lead technical teams, liaise with government stakeholders, and guide analysts and technicians to ensure mission success.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in government program management, DoD Secret clearance, and strong F-16 ATE knowledge. Master’s and PMP are preferred; ACS experience is a plus. The role is full-time and on-site at Hill AFB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years in managing government programs or equivalent experience.
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance.
• Proven technical knowledge of F‑16 Automatic Test Equipment and related SE.
• Experience interfacing with government personnel and managing multiple task orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical task order teams.
• Coordinate priorities with government stakeholders and Leidos leadership.
• Provide leadership to analysts and technicians.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to AIS sustainment, upgrades, and obsolescence.
• Prepare clear written and verbal communications, including requirements documents for the customer.
