Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Task Order Manager Lead for the F-16 Avionics Intermediate Station (AIS) Product Support Integrator team at Hill AFB, UT. This role leads technical task order teams, coordinates with government stakeholders, and guides analysts and technicians to deliver mission-critical support.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in managing government programs, active DoD Secret clearance, and deep F-16 AIS/ATE experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience in managing government programs.
• US Citizenship with active DoD Secret clearance.
• Proven technical knowledge of F-16 Automatic Test Equipment and associated Support Equipment.
• Demonstrated management experience in planning, directing, and coordinating program support activities.
• Familiarity with LCSP and MFP development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing technical task order teams.
• Coordinating priorities and assignments with government stakeholders and Leidos leadership.
• Providing leadership and guidance to analysts and technicians.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to AIS sustainment, upgrades, and obsolescence.
• Preparing and delivering clear written and verbal communication, including requirements documents and customer advisement.
