iQuasar LLC in Suitland, MD is seeking a Task Manager to provide full-service task management, oversee contractors, and serve as the primary point of contact on Task Orders between contractor staff and BLS Task Monitors.

The role emphasizes coordinating staffing, reviewing contractor performance, and ensuring timely deliverables in a fast-paced technical environment. The position is based in Suitland, MD with opportunities to contribute to multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifikationen

• Two (2) years of experience putting processes in place to assist in managing tasks or projects.
• Two (2) years of experience providing performance appraisal and employee feedback support.
• Two (2) years of experience assessing employee training needs and assisting employees in skill building.
• Two (2) years of experience recruiting, identifying, interviewing, selecting technical staff, and coordinating staffing for task execution.
• Three (3) years of experience in client relations, working closely with the client to resolve contract, development, and personnel issues.
• Three (3) years of experience primarily as a technical team leader of end-user and workstation support staff, including planning work, controlling projects, and reporting progress.
• Three (3) years of experience identifying, determining the feasibility of, and analyzing the costs and benefits of alternatives for new hardware, software, and system configuration approaches.
• Four (4) years of experience supporting complex network operations, including solving end-user problems and implementing workstation security protocols.

The staff shall have been composed of at least five (5) support staff engaged in all aspects of workstation support, including security administration. Experience shall have included responsibility for: Planning work, controlling projects, and reporting progress Preparing technical specifications for deliverables Guiding and monitoring the work of staff developing deliverables Developing work standards and evaluating performance Reviewing team products to assure quality before delivery.


• Three (3) years of experience identifying, determining the feasibility of, and analyzing the costs and benefits of alternatives for new hardware, software, and system configuration approaches. This experience must include: Identification of alternatives Feasibility and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives Development of final recommendations for users and management.


• Four (4) years of experience supporting complex network operations, including all of the following: Assisting end-users in solving problems Installing and testing workstation operating systems and software Performing network troubleshooting and testing support Maintaining and optimizing Help Desk-related SOPs Implementing workstation security protocols.
