Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Task Force Controller to deliver interim financial leadership at our properties, overseeing accounting operations during transitions and vacancies. You will supervise month-end close, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure GAAP and USALI compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Hotel Director of Finance in a decentralized accounting environment at a full-service hotel.
• 3-5 years Director of Finance Experience within the Hotel/Resort Industry. High School Diploma Required. Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim financial leadership at a property; oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze hotel financial performance including P&L, cash flow, and operating metrics and present insights to property and corporate leadership.
• Train, mentor, and support property accounting teams to ensure continuity and adherence to brand and company standards.
• Implement and strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain audit readiness.
