Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts in Kirkland, WA, seeks an Assistant Director of Finance to oversee the accounting functions for multiple properties and support the Director of Finance and hotel operations.

You will lead monthly close, ensure strong internal controls, coach staff, and report on variances. Some travel to properties may be required; we offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hotel/resort accounting experience with a related Bachelor’s degree; minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing and General Accounting preferred.
• Proficient with Financial Accounting Systems and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting functions for the hotel(s) and support the Director of Finance and operations.
• Lead monthly financial statement closing for hotel books and related entities.
• Ensure proper accounting controls, policies and procedures to safeguard assets and financial integrity.
• Lead, supervise and coach accounting staff, providing training on accounting and financial systems.
