Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Task Force Chef to oversee culinary operations across properties, including in Milwaukee and other cities. You will implement company standards, train staff, and collaborate with hotel leadership to ensure quality and cost control.

The role requires at least 5 years in culinary management, a fine dining background, and willingness to travel up to 95% of the time. A culinary degree is preferred but not required."

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive and stable experience in culinary management and kitchen operations.
• Prior fine dining experience required.
• AOS and/or formal culinary degree preferred but not required.
• Travel up to 95% of the time, mostly onsite at Marcus properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of Marcus tools, systems and standard procedures.
• Assist in training and supervision of culinary staff.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and property leadership.
• Help manage food costs, cleanliness and teamwork.
• May temporarily fill Executive Chef role when needed.
