Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services to ensure timely delivery of engagements and alignment with the national TAS Tax strategy. You will lead tax due diligence, advise PE and corporate clients on acquisition-related tax matters, and coordinate with global BDO TAS teams.

You will review agreements, model tax impacts in financial projections, manage budgets, and mentor junior staff while expanding client relationships and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics.
• JD/LLM with a focus on tax preferred.
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Tax preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in due diligence and structuring engagements for transactions.
• Advises buyers and sellers on tax strategies for acquisitions and restructurings.
• Reviews merger agreements and provides opinion letters.
• Reviews tax computations in financial models and projections.
• Manages budgeting, billing, and collections on engagements.
• Develops client relationships and mentors staff.
