Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Managing Director to lead TAS Centers of Excellence and drive the national TAS strategy, origination, and client relationships.

This senior leader will oversee multiple engagement teams, ensure high-quality service delivery, mentor staff, and coordinate cross-sell opportunities across BDO service lines while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is required; MBA preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TAS Center of Excellence functions and drive the national TAS strategy.
• Lead new business origination efforts and coordinate cross-selling across BDO service lines.
• Manage client engagement teams to ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor staff in due diligence, decision making, report writing and project management.
• Identify risks and issues in transactions and communicate effectively with clients.
