You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to manage tariff risks and opportunities while strengthening financial discipline.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field is required.
5+ years in business operations, finance, or commercial analysis with leadership experience.
Experience with tariff analysis, pricing impacts, and cost management processes.
Demonstrated leadership of analytical teams and cross-functional influence.
Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel
Experience with ERP or SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis of sales tariff impacts on pricing, margins, and commitments.
Collaborate with Sales and Finance to evaluate tariff exposure and support decisions.
Monitor tariff structures, cost drivers, and related risks.
Develop recommendations to mitigate tariff-related cost pressures and protect profitability.
Oversee the Cost Controller and ensure strong financial reporting and cost tracking.
Drive process improvements, cost visibility, and operational efficiency.
Provide data-driven insights and reporting to leadership on tariffs and performance.
Establish controls and KPIs for transparency and accountability.
