Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, finance, commercial analysis, or business excellence roles.
• Experience with tariff analysis, pricing impacts, cost management, or related processes.
• Prior people leadership experience managing analytical or finance-related roles.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills; ERP/SAP experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead analysis and management of sales tariff impacts on pricing, margin, and customer commitments.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to evaluate tariff exposure and support commercial decisions.
• Monitor tariff structure changes, cost drivers, and related risks.
• Develop recommendations to mitigate tariff-related cost pressures and protect profitability.
• Oversee the Cost Controller and support performance management.
• Ensure accurate cost tracking, reporting, and financial analysis tied to operations.
• Drive process improvements, cost visibility, and efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve planning, reporting, and decision support.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on cost, tariffs, and performance.
• Establish controls and reporting to improve transparency and accountability.
