Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or human services field required.
• 1 year post grad work experience or Master's Degree required.
• Must have a current driver’s license.
• Ability to handle crisis situations in a calm and supportive manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in gaining access to recovery supports.
• Coordinate provision of services for clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulations.
• Transport clients to appointments when necessary.
• Monitor client's emotional well-being and behavior.
