Community Behavioral Health Agency serving Palm Beach County is hiring Targeted Case Managers to coordinate needed services for children, adults and families in Palm Beach County. Independent contractor position with flexible schedule; full-time hours (25+ hours) preferred; in-person position.

Travel within Palm Beach County is required; bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole preferred; Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field; minimum 2 years experience; FCB Certified Behavioral

Qualifications

• BA/BS in psychology, social work, criminal justice or human services related field
• Willing to travel within Palm Beach County
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) preferred
• In-person position
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• FCB - Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager preferred
• Basic knowledge of community resources
