Job summary

IntelliGenesis LLC is seeking an experienced intelligence analyst to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads. The role focuses on ensuring target continuity, profiling targets, and developing techniques to gain additional information, while maintaining databases for targeting and analysis.

The candidate will identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection and enable new collection, using multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern

Qualifications

• US citizens only and active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Doctoral degree with 2+ years experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or Bachelor’s with 5+ years, or Associate’s with 7+ years, or high school/GED with 9+ years of experience
• Degree in liberal arts preferred but any field acceptable
• Experience in intelligence analysis areas such as target development, social network analysis and metadata analysis

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads

Required Skills

• US Citizens Only

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience and a Doctoral degree; or
• Three (3) years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree; or
• Five (5) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree; or
• Seven (7) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree; or
• Nine (9) years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED
• Degree in liberal arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable
• Relevant experience must be in aspects of intelligence analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, and metadata analysis)

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $151,000

Compensation ranges encompass a total compensation package and are a general guideline only and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, candidate’s scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and alignment with local market data.
