Job summary

IntelliGenesis LLC is seeking a senior intelligence analyst in Maryland to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data, ensuring target continuity and developing methods to gather additional information.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, extensive experience, and a flexible education path from Doctoral to high school diploma. You will work with databases, identify gaps, and apply IC knowledge to missions.

Qualifications

• US citizens only
• Must have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Experience levels per education path: 7+ yrs with Doctoral, 9+ yrs with Master’s, 11+ yrs with Bachelor’s, 13+ yrs with Associate, 15+ yrs with HS diploma
• Liberal arts degree preferred but any field acceptable
• Experience in intelligence analysis—target development, social network analysis, and metadata analysis

Required Skills

• US Citizens Only
• TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph required
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience and a Doctoral degree; or
  • Nine (9) years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree; or
  • Eleven (11) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree; or
  • Thirteen (13) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree; or
  • Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED
• Degree in liberal arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable
• Relevant experience must be in aspects of intelligence analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, and metadata analysis)

Compensation Range

Compensation Range: $163,000 - $224,000

Compensation ranges encompass a total compensation package and are a general guideline only and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, candidate’s scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and alignment with local market data.
