Job summary

L'Oreal USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Target CPD team in Minneapolis, MN. You will help manage item setup in POL/WERCS, maintain item attributes, and lead imaging and paperwork processes across the omni-channel and field teams.

You will also support general office operations, onboarding, monthly payments, and coordinate logistics for samples and planograms, ensuring accurate data entry and timely delivery to cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks with great accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of (or ability to learn) national account systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end item set up process for Target CPD in POL/WERCS (new items, displays, etc.)
• Maintenance of item attributes in POL/IMN
• Lead omni-channel imaging process for new and promotional items (Imaging Studio, Design Que, Kwikee, Opera)
• Generate POs in the My Market system
• Assist Sales Teams with Target Paperwork including Ad Layout Requests
• Coordinate mailings, facilitate meeting logistics, order all necessary office supplies
• Assist in New Employee On-Boarding for new hires
• Manage monthly office payments
• Facilitate office technology maintenance and upgrades with HQ IT team.
• Order & assist in delivering as needed all samples required for planogram work at L'Oreal Office and Target (as appropriate)
